SYLA Begins Preparations to Establish an Employee Stock Purchase Plan

TOKYO, May 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. ("SYLA" or "the Company"), operator of the largest membership real estate crowdfunding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, will begin preparations to establish an employee stock purchase plan.
If adopted, the employee stock purchase plan would enable employees to purchase, at a discount, the Company's securities. The employee stock purchase plan is intended to enhance the Company's corporate value by giving employees a stronger perspective as investors and managers. The plan is also aimed at further enhancing employee benefits by providing a 20% incentive contribution in purchasing the Company's securities.
The Company expects to launch the plan on or about July 1, 2023.
